2016年1月博士畢業于中國科學院大學深圳先進技術研究院,太阳成集团tyc234cc副教授、碩導,“省部共建精密電子制造技術與裝備國家重點實驗室”與“微電子精密制造技術與裝備教育部重點實驗室”核心成員,校“青年百人計劃”A類引進人才。主要從事微電子、功率電子等先進半導體封裝技術與關鍵材料的研發,研究方向包括微納金屬材料、柔性印刷電子、高密度三維互連工藝及關鍵材料。
