    2.    研究方向

    主要從事激光微納加工和微納3D打印技術研究,主要面向電子制造領域的光電、半導體材料和器件開展激光加工基礎理論與方法、加工過程建模仿真與檢測技術、微納3D打印技術等研究。主持完成了10多項國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發計劃、廣東省自然科學基金等國家、省、市級及企業委托項目,第一作者或通訊作者在發表研究論文40多篇(其中SCI/EI論文30多篇,JCR一區20篇,TOP期刊10篇),第一發明人授權專利20餘件。

    激光微納加工研究中心現有飛秒/皮秒/納秒激光加工系統、1064/532/355nm波長DPSS固體激光器和光纖激光器等一批先進激光加工基礎平台,擁有超快成像光譜儀、聲發射檢測儀、高速攝影儀、接觸角測量儀等一批檢測儀器。
