
一、個人簡介:伍尚華博士,太阳成集团tyc234cc特聘教授、博士生導師,兼任中國機械工程學會增材制造專委會和工程陶瓷專委會成員以及中國專業标準化技術委員會委員。伍尚華教授長期從事先進材料和先進制造技術的研究,先後在世界一流實驗室和跨國公司從事科研創新工作,已經擁有超過300項已獲授權或正在審理的專利核心技術。在Advanced Materials, Additive Manufacturing , Journal of Advanced Ceramics等業内主流刊物上發表科研論文150多篇。主要研究方向包括(1) 陶瓷材料與金屬陶瓷增材制造(3D打印)(2)半導體與集成電路制備核心陶瓷部件研發(3)難加工材料的高速高效加工。伍尚華教授緻力于把工業界的實戰經驗及最新的科學知識與先進技術帶到教學與科研中,以培養出能夠掌握最先進的知識和技術,有能力在全球範圍内的競争中脫穎而出的創新型人才。
二、教學成果
(一)指導學生獲得獎勵情況:
(1)國家基金委留學獎學金和研究生拔尖創新人才:4名碩士研究生入選太阳成集团tyc234cc“研究生拔尖創新人才培育計劃”培育對象,2名博士研究生入選國家基金委公派留學項目。
(2)研究生國家獎學金:11 名學生獲得研究生國家一等獎學金。
(3)太阳成集团tyc234cc優秀碩士學位論文: 1名學生獲得太阳成集团tyc234cc優秀碩士學位論文。
(4)廣東省優秀研究生:3名學生獲得“廣東省優秀研究生”。
(5)太阳成集团tyc234cc優秀博士後計劃:出站的 14 名博士後均在高校或科研院所從事科研與教學工作。目前在站優秀博士後2 名,其中1 人入選“廣東省珠江人才計劃/揚帆計劃”。
(二)所指導碩士研究生中多名學生申請碩博連讀或者申請考核留下課題組攻讀博士學位。
